EDQ anticipates receiving EOIs from companies or consortia that possess the capability, capacity, and commitment to develop a large-scale project at the site.

A land lease is to be offered and EDQ is seeking to enter into an agreement with an organisation that will act swiftly to develop a significant project on the site.

Located north-west of Gladstone, Yarwun Industrial Estate is a defined area of land dedicated for industrial development and materials transportation infrastructure. Adjacent to the Port of Gladstone, with connections to major rail networks and Australia's national highway, it is the ideal investment location for projects of national and international significance.
