Bourkes was established in 1988 and has recently re-located to new 'State Of The Art' offices at 272 Canning Highway (Corner of Hobbs Avenue) in Como.

The Company is a medium sized business offering sales, auctions and property management services. We offer a high calibre of personnel, assisted by computer sales information and feasibility studies for investors and developers. The sales and property management team may be contacted directly on mobile phones or individual email addresses.

The Company concentrates heavily on imparting knowledge to Investors by running investment seminars and by printing a free publications including"The Basics of Real Estate Investing" and to help our customers through each stage of buying, selling to settlement and renting property.

The office location is central and close to the inner city to allow easy access and is in a high profile location, designed to attract a high level of customer enquiry.
