    Craiglea is located approximately 30km South East of Kingston, 80kms northeast of Naracoorte. The property fronts both the Princes Highway and Bowaka Road.
    The rapidly expanding township of Naracoorte is located in South Australia's Limestone Coast region and is approximately 340km southeast of Adelaide, 450km northwest of Melbourne and 100km north of Mount Gambier.     Climate and Rainfall
    The South East is one of the most reliable areas in Australia. The seasonal distribution is of Mediterranean type with dry summers and wet winters. Pastures, hay and intensive agricultural and horticultural production have an emphasis on growth in spring, summer and autumn.
    The mild temperatures during the growing period provide opportunities for late season production to meet specific market demands. Craiglea lies within the 650mm rainfall belt.

    Craiglea has a gradual rise to the east and falls to the west with some strong good flats. The property provides good early feed, whilst the flats provide an abundance of feed with rapid growth throughout the spring and into early summer.

    Craiglea's soil types are grey to dark loams to clays.
    The soil profile of many areas of the property is indicative of land which responds well with the opening rains. There are areas that are well drained and suitable for hay production.
    A solid pasture base with excellent pastures consisting of strawberry clovers, sub clovers, rye grasses and native grasses which provides ample amount of feed in predominantly spring. The pasture growth rate is unbelievable over spring. "Feed Factory".
