CBRE Agribusiness is pleased to present Karte Olives and Viva Olives for sale (the Offering), a vertically integrated Table Olive and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) business with two main landholdings located in Karte and Loxton, South Australia.
Comprising a total land area of 1,704.26* hectares, the grove was established in 2001 and comprises 320* hectares planted to varieties including Manzanilla, Frantoio, Kalamata, Barnea, and Picqual.
The properties and associated business and assets are to be to be sold on a Walk-In Walk-out (WIWO) basis in one line or as separate land parcels.
