Nestled up against Kaiser Stuhl National Park in Flaxman Valley is an established vineyard of style and substance.
Established 40 years ago, the Summers vineyard is planted predominantly to Chardonnay with accompanying parcels of Riesling, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. The property sits across a total of 27.5 hectares of which 19.42Ha is under vine.
Summers Vineyard has been a tightly held asset for the past 40 years and for good reason. Brands have been built around this vineyard; such is the quality of the fruit.
Most recently the 2017 Grant Burge Vigneron Riesling has collected the Best Riesling Trophy at both the Sydney and Adelaide Royal Wine Shows in 2022. This wine was made from fruit predominantly sourced from Summers vineyard.
