The Langhorne Creek portfolio of properties comprises four assets across the Langhorne Creek wine region, totalling approximately 522 hectares of land, approximately 441 hectares of vineyard planted together with substantial sheds and water licences and rights.

The vineyards are owned and operated by Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) and are offered for sale by Expressions of Interest.

The properties are centrally located in the Langhorne Creek Wine Region in close proximity to the township. The operation is run from the Rosemount Estate where there are offices, amenities and shedding.
