On behalf of Livingstone Shire Council (LSC), Knight Frank Rockhampton & Region is pleased to offer a unique tenancy opportunity at the proposed Great Keppel Island Arrivals Plaza.

The detailed design proposal for the Great Keppel Island Arrival Plaza has been released and will be awarded in March 2025.

It is anticipated that the construction Proposal will be released mid-2025, with construction commencing in late 2025 and completed by the end of 2026.

The proposed tenancy is approx. 160 sqm, which will be situated in the brand-new Arrivals Plaza, one of the first venues all island guests will see when disembarking the main ferry services.

LSC is seeking Expressions of Interest from Lessees that can meet the below criteria:

- Proposed lessee can provide a tenancy (s) that activates the GKI arrivals plaza into a vibrant and distinctive place to visit.
- The tenancy aligns with typical island/resort uses that value-add to visitor experience.
- Source of visitor information.
- Creates economic opportunities local jobs and increased visitation.
- Optional preference That one tenancy provides visitor refreshments (drinks and snacks) note trade waste is not an option.

Further information, including detailed plans of the conceptual GKI Arrivals Plaza, infrastructure and other key criteria can be provided upon request.
