- A Lessee to operate the Rockhampton Hospital Café a high-traffic location serving hospital staff, patients, and visitors;

- A non-exclusive license for a mobile coffee service offering flexibility to serve much needed coffee and basic snacks to the lower half of the hospital campus.

Tenders may submit interest in either the café lease, the mobile coffee service, or both.
